Celtic Leadership have worked on a number of the top executive programmes in Ireland and the UK, covering all aspects of the programme, from design to management, coaching and presenting the core content. These programmes have proven to be very successful in accelerating the growth of companies and in developing the top executives by following a format of  a) in classroom teaching from experienced trainers b) supported by in company executive coaching to apply the learning c) facilitated by peer learning groups to drive discussion and debate among the participants who share their own experiences.

Some of the programmes we have worked on include the following:

Leadership 4 Growth (L4G) Programme with Enterprise Ireland: L4G is Enterprise Ireland’s flagship leadership programme. Enterprise Ireland’s Leadership 4 Growth Programme develops world-class business leaders, equipped with the necessary visionary, strategic and innovative capabilities required to scale sustainable companies on the global stage.  Leadership 4 Growth is delivered in partnership with IESE Business School, in association with Learning Partnership, where Brendan is one of the Business Advisor Coach’s (BAC). The programme focuses on developing and implementing a leadership growth plan for the CEO and a strategic growth plan for the company.

Accelerated Growth Engagement (AGE) Programme with Enterprise Ireland:  AGE ran for a number of years, Brendan worked with the IMI as a co-director for this programme, shaping its design and implementation, assisting in the management of the team of entrepreneurial coaches. Brendan also acted as a coach to a number of the CEO’s on this programme, which included companies across different sectors such as manufacturing, technology, online retailing, business process automation etc. The programme produced great results by helping the CEO’s create and implement an accelerated growth plan. The majority of companies that Brendan worked with have gone on to be some of the most successful scaling companies in Ireland today.

Leadership Team Ambition to Scale Programme with Invest NI: The programme has been running for a number of years. Brendan has been an executive coach to a number of CEO’s and their top two executive team members. The companies Brendan has worked with are across many different sectors including aviation, manufacturing, technology, e-learning, food production and professional services. This programme has seen significant success and each year the number of applicants grows based on the results that previous participants have achieved. The focus of the programme is to help the CEO and the leadership teams to develop and implement a business growth plan and leadership development plan.

IPO Ready Programme with Irish Stock Exchange (now Euronex):  This programme was designed to help larger scaling companies, prepare for accessing large scale funding for growth, such as Private Equity, Debt and ultimately an IPO. Brendan was a co founder of this programme and acted as a presenter and executive coach to a number of companies who participated. The programme was designed for the CEO and CFO, to develop an equity story for funding accelerated growth. The programme has been very successful and a number of the participants have raised significant funds, to help grow their companies internationally.

Accelerating Company Growth Programme: this programme has been developed and delivered by Celtic Leadership to help companies accelerate their growth by applying the principles of the book “Accelerating Company Growth”. This programme is typically run privately for a single company to bring all of their senior management on a journey to accelerate the growth and develop the team. The programme typically runs for nine months with a day per month working together in a workshop.

Celtic Leadership Programme: This programme was designed by Brendan Dowling, to meet the needs of senior executives as a person, growing beyond the focus on business growth. The programme focuses on the core elements of good leadership for the individual, that helps get the work life balance right, to ensure job performance, while looking after yourself as a leader to achieve real fulfilment. The key elements of the three day residential programme explored Communications, Energy, Love, Traditions, Intuition and Culture.
